The fully sealed units require no input from site staff for maintenance, require no power or hot water supplies and generate no odour when serviced. Dyno-Rod's Fogtrap team will visit the CBRE site once per month to exchange the unit with a clean one and will be gone within minutes with minimal disruption to the kitchen operation.
Cleaning of the traps is carried out offsite with the waste recovered to harness the energy potential of the waste through biodiesel production or anaerobic digestion.
