• Sarah Tennant leads procurement across the Northern Europe and Emerging Markets for Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), bringing 19 years of procurement expertise to some of CBRE's most complex client environments. She focuses on building supply chains that are resilient, cost-effective and aligned to client outcomes, working closely with Operational teams to ensure procurement decisions translate into real operational value. Having worked in Facilities Management for over 30 years she started her career as a facilities manager, and that ground-level experience shapes how she approaches supplier relationships, service delivery and cost strategy.

• Leslie D’souza is Associate Director of Operational Resilience at CBRE, where he helps lead the continual development of the firm's enterprise resilience capability. His responsibilities include resilience governance, crisis management, regulatory assurance and organisational preparedness, supporting the firm's ability to navigate an increasingly complex risk and regulatory landscape. Prior to joining CBRE, Leslie gained extensive experience across the financial services, energy and legal sectors, leading resilience, technology risk and recovery initiatives for global organisations. He is recognised for advising senior leaders, strengthening organisational resilience capabilities and delivering transformation programmes within highly regulated environments.

Euan Donald is an Energy & Sustainability Manager at CBRE, specialising in decarbonisation through hard services upgrades and energy optimisation. At CBRE, Euan has developed and supported the delivery of more than £10m of decarbonisation works across the UK, encompassing Solar PV and battery energy storage system (BESS) installations, heat pump retrofits, building management system (BMS) upgrades and plant efficiency improvements. He holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering with Management from the University of Edinburgh and is a member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE). A firm believer that the strongest decarbonisation strategies are those that also stack up commercially, Euan brings both the technical and financial lens to every project he leads.

Sarah Shaw is ESG and Smart Technology Director at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, with more than 16 years in sustainability and the built environment. She leads sustainability strategy for CBRE's UK clients, with a focus on decarbonising operational buildings: energy and carbon management, building analytics, and the regulatory picture facilities teams have to deliver against.

Imogen Prior is an Assistant Energy Manager within CBRE's Critical Environments team, supporting the delivery of energy management, sustainability and decarbonisation programmes across a portfolio of financial services workplaces. Having joined CBRE through its Energy & Sustainability Graduate Programme, she has developed experience across energy performance analysis, operational carbon reduction, ESG reporting and environmental compliance. Working closely with client facilities management and sustainability teams, Imogen helps organisations identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption, lower carbon emissions and improve environmental performance. She is passionate about using data-driven decision-making to turn sustainability ambitions into practical, achievable outcomes.

Charlotte has been working within the Critical Environments division at CBRE for the last 4 years. She is currently the ESG Manager for the Life Sciences and Manufacturing South Business Unit, having previously been an Energy Manager dedicated to the Francis Crick Institute. Charlotte supports clients in specialist environments and critical conditions, reporting site-wide energy consumption and carbon emissions monthly and advising where reductions can be made. She also leads utility forecasting and budget-setting for electricity, gas, water and carbon, and gathers the evidence that underpins compliance with Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) and the UK Emissions Trading Scheme (UK ETS).
