Kevin Lynn is President, UK Local for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. He leads CBRE’s UK Local Facilities Management business which has over 7,000 employees, covers over 850 contracts across all major market sectors and has a value of $2 billion. Kevin has worked at CBRE for 15 years in various roles including Managing Director, Vice President and his current role President, UK Global Workplace Solutions. Kevin was the Managing Director for Norland Managed Services, until Norland was acquired by CBRE. Before his time at CBRE and Norland, Kevin held senior leadership positions at Johnson Controls. Kevin will be our esteemed host of the CBRE Supplier Partner Event 2026.

Laura Toumazi is Vice President of Sales for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), UK. Responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth across the UK organisation, Laura has more than 10 years' experience in global and multi-country pursuits across a variety of industry sectors. As part of her leadership remit, she is responsible for the growth strategy of both the CBRE product offering and the sales organisation in the UK. Laura is passionate about driving a diverse and results-driven sales culture that is fundamentally client-focused, and constantly seeks ways in which it can solve problems and create long-term partnerships.
