What is included within a stand?

The following will be included in your allocated stand space:

- 3m x 2m floor space
- One standard 6ft trestle table
- Two chairs
- One power socket (you are permitted to bring your own extension cable)


Please note, you are permitted to remove the trestle table and chairs if they are not required on your stand. Please let the organisers know so they can remove them out of the way.

Is it possible to order alternative furniture for my stand?

Absolutely - any additional furniture can be ordered via the CBRE Furniture Supplier - Wagstaff.

What are the height restrictions for exhibition stands at the venue?

Please refer to the Exhibition Manual here for all height restrictions, which vary according to your stand position within the venue. 

All height restrictions are clearly marked on the floor plan and must be adhered to. 

If your stand is higher than the height restriction specified on your stand number, it will not fit, nor will you be able to move stands with another exhibitor. 

What equipment can I bring with me to the event?

You can bring in any equipment that you are show-casing on your stand and/or that you need in order to build it. If it is dangerous machinery and/or hazardous in any way, you will need to check this with the venue in advance and also complete a risk assessment.

Should you need to bring anything larger than a pop-up stand and/or plan to build a ‘free-standing’ stand onsite, including bringing in any machinery, equipment and gadgets (e.g. vending machines, display stands, furniture, drones, electrical equipment/gadgets) you will need to complete a risk assessment and provide your public liability insurance documents, both of which can be completed and uploaded via our Registration Portal

If you are only bringing in a pop-up stand and items for your table, you do not need to complete a risk assessment.

Is there somewhere I can store surplus equipment at the venue?

Unfortunately, there are no additional storage facilities onsite at the venue and due to the nature of the event, space is at a premium. Please do not bring any unnecessary equipment with you or any equipment that cannot fit under your 6ft trestle table which is provided as part of your stand.

Are we allowed to serve alcohol on our stand?

No, unfortunately we cannot permit exhibitors to serve alcohol from their stands. 

Please note, if any exhibitor does try to serve alcohol, they will be asked to remove it straight away.  

Can I leave my rubbish at the venue?

We ask all exhibitors to take all rubbish and any unwanted items with you when you depart.

Please do not leave rubbish at the venue. 

Should you leave anything behind you will incur a penalty charge and any items left will be removed.

Parking Information

Is there a car park close by?

Whilst there is no on-site parking at Old Billingsgate, there are ample parking opportunities at nearby car parks. Please view Parking Information Here

Are there any recommended hotels close by?

Due to its fantastic location in central London, there are numerous hotels close to Old Billingsgate. Please click here to view hotels nearby.

Can I switch attendees last minute?

Yes, it is possible to change attendee details prior to the event day. Simply log in to amend attendee details via the Registration Portal.

Is food available at the venue?

We will be providing breakfast, lunch and evening food for all guests. Tea, coffee and soft drinks will also be served throughout the day. All food and refreshments are included free of charge as part of your invitation. 

Are there vegetarian and vegan food options available?

Yes, both options will be available throughout the event. If you have any specific dietary requirements/allergies, please let us know in advance so that we can accommodate these. 

Is there WIFI available?

Yes, there will be free WIFI available at the event venue.

Are there lockers to store valuable items?

There will be a cloakroom inside the venue, and it will be supervised at all times throughout the event, however, we advise against leaving any valuables. There are no secure lockers available at the venue.
