Ed Gillespie is a writer, communications specialist, poet, podcaster and futurist. He is the author of ‘Only Planet – a flight-free adventure around the world’ a book about his circumnavigation of the globe without getting on a plane.

Ed is a lead facilitator with the Forward Institute where we works on responsible leadership with 40 of the UK’s biggest institutions, a former Director of Greenpeace UK, a Trustee of Onboard:Earth and Chief Futurist at the Global Destination Sustainability Movement.

Ed is actively involved in a number of pioneering ethical businesses as a Director or Investor, and has presented all over the world, giving dozens of talks a year from Hong Kong to Bratislava, Korea to Auckland. And he’s been heard by every kind of audience, from the UN and national governments, to multi-national corporations and global associations.

Tony Brearley is the Group President of the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Local business segment. Prior to this, he served as the business's COO. The global GWS | Local business serves over 1,500+ clients, operating out of CBRE offices and embedded within client premises.

Tony joined CBRE via the successful Norland acquisition in 2012 and has since served in many GWS leadership positions, including President of the GWS | Local business in Continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa (CEMEA). Before this, as a GWS UK Managing Director, Tony built a successful high-quality technical self-performance business across various sectors and high-critical engineering environments throughout the UK.

Throughout his 24-year career, Tony has proven himself to be a high-performing strategic leader. He has vast experience in sales and operational service delivery and a track record of establishing and managing fast-growing businesses and successfully expanding into new markets.
